How to Make Your Own Tea Bath or Bath Soak

Hey Y’all,

So, today's beauty post is a how-to, and just in time for Valentine’s day. It’s a great DIY gift idea to give to any bath lover you know, and it’s super easy to make. It’s called and Tea Bath, and it’s one of my favorite things to use when bathing.

Things Needed
  • Raw Oatmeal
  • Dry Herb Element of choice; Rosemary, Lavender, Chamomile etc.
  • Jar or Bag to Store in
  • “Tea Bag” and drawstring mesh bag is best

How to Make

Whatever size jar your using, use the same amount of Oatmeal (place in blender and blend/grind, into a fine powder), next. Move powdered oats into a bowl, and mix in herbs (amount varies depending on how strong you want it to be), the more herbs the stronger the scent will be (I add enough into the oats until I can see the herbs in every turnover in the bowl). Store in your Jar/Bag.

How to Use
  • Scoop 3-5 teaspoons of fill into reusable drawstring Teabag, and hang under running water, or let it soak into the water
  • After bath, rise and let bag dry for another use
