Benefits of Activated Charcoal

Hey Y’all,
Today’s post is all about the greatness, and benefits of Activated Charcoal, and it’s many uses
What is Activated Charcoal?
In few words as possible, Activated Charcoal is a natural treatment to help rid the body of toxins, and poisons. When picking an Activated Charcoal Powder, always choose one that’s made from natural sources (coconut shells, coal, olive pits, wood, volcano ashes etc.)
Note:  also before using, make sure you’re not allergic. So, if Rashes, Itching, or Swelling appears, stop using, as you may be allergic, and if you plan on digesting it, speak to your doctor to make sure it won’t interfere with your medication.
